MikeHales:

@shadbolt

All emails have been sent. We will send reminders but those reminders will be grouped and periodical up until 30 November - no reminders sent to date. We're aware of some notifications not arriving and are looking into that as a matter of urgency.

Except I just got another email on a different address at 3pm 15/9/17.

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.

I havnt setup my directs yet and am already getting more spam to my paradise accounts. By setting up this permamant forward and losing control of the paradise account, I am concerned that the amount of spam will increase to a huge amount and we wont be able to stop it.

Is there going to be an option down the track to actually delete our old accounts?

I too would like this, I would also like the option to change the forwarding address. I realised after I had set this up for a relative, I should have created and alias on their new mailbox and forwarded to the alias to give the option to chop off the forward later on.

@MikeHales

I haven't seen anything about the future of your mail+ product. I'm assuming that you are pulling that product too.

Is that correct and if so, when's the last invoice date? Nov or Dec?

Cheers,

This has probably been covered here already, but I can't seem to find it. Has anyone had any luck setting up an Outlook.co.nz address? Can only seem to get @outlook.com or @hotmail.com from the normal 'create account' page, and don't see anywhere NZ specific to get the .co.nz?

Thanks.

@wratterus. Is this the same issue you were having?

redherring:

I fixed the outlook.co.nz alias problem - just find the "en-US" in the URL, change to "en-NZ" and refresh the page before clicking "add email"

https://account.live.com/names/Manage?mkt=en-NZ&refd=account.microsoft.com&refp=profile

To those who already have emails being Forwarded ...

Vodafone says emails will "start forwarding in 3 working days."

Does that mean after 72 hours starting from when the request is made, or 3 days starting the day after the request is made? viz. on the 4th business day?
