Also having issues with a friends forwarding was setup weekend before last and still not operating.

Thanks Mike ... I requested forwarding last Thursday but doesn't appear to be happening yet.
So how do we get the forwarding to work?
Form says its done, but no email is being forwarded...

There is a hamster on a wheel going as fast as he/she can...
Whole thing is a bit of a joke imo.

@mentalinc Please allow 3 business days for it to start.
It was set up 7 business days ago (including Today since today is basically done)... Set it up two weekends ago (9 or 10th of September)

Partner has been waiting for a week for the confirmation email with the magic link. They filled in the form on the website and since then, nothing. Sent a message to you Mike.
How is everybody who's set up forwaring finding it? Any issues?

Support request pending with Mike. So far only a single e-mail address hasn't received forwarded mail. A pretty nice 95% win rate for me so I'm happy.
For those of us that have been heavily using one of VF's email services, this solution is pathetic. Not only is it not working, but even the original emails from VF's went to our spam folders.
Once we setup the forwarding we have NO control whatsoever on this email account. We cannot change the forward or remove the email account.
We must trust VF to keep and maintain spam filters on these accounts or we will be hit massively to our new accounts with spam.
I dont think this solution of VF's is enough. I am trying to change all my emails away in totality from VF's service before the due date as I do not believe VF will keep their end of the deal for very long...but i am sure I will miss some.
We are not getting any compensation. Whilst Mike is doing his best, I would imagine thousands of older customers wont have a clue what to do.
and now...VF are sending survey forms to my Paradise account...nice.
For years people have been saying do not use an ISP provided email address and then the business people that do it :(
I believe this will become the norm that ISP's will no longer do email and I hope it happens, Silly silly idea

Be that as it may, email has been "sold" as a significant part of internet access for many years, and customers should expect and obtain correct and proper attendance to this type of service.
As the paradigm changes, then it is conceivable and expected that succession/phase-out planning would be put in place ... unfortunately we are now seeing a big-bang approach due to dereliction of the service. As people are reporting, this has led to inconsistencies, further failures, and many questions that don't do the Company any good at all.
