Has to be congestion on the local node or maybe a HOL

Have you logged an official fault / query and got a fault ticket number? I don't mean a email query reference number

John

I tried to call them a few days back but was on hold way too long so opted to email them and have been corresponding via this channel the last 2 days. Email ref seems to be [Incident: 150123-001140]

Just emailed them again tonight with latest results as its now

Last Result:
Download Speed: 3384 kbps (423 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 9733 kbps (1216.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

I do hope that this can be sorted.

Thanks

So the answer is ' No ' you have not logged an official fault ticket, I suggest you log one via the phone so you can get a fault ticket number and note it down, This will have a far better out come than firing off emails to the email team

Well kind of is but you would be better off getting a ticket open over the phone, Make it clear it's peak time only you are not testing over WiFi and always to the local VF server,

your test wasnt at peak times. Try again at 10.30pm ish.

I assume there are several nodes around Kapiti and congestion is probably just at the one I access.

Maybe that's the problem? Just checked using both sites one after another...

Text around images are aliogned at the bottom. A lot easier to put an image by itself on its own line.

Have you logged an official fault ticket with Vodafone for peak time congestion?
