I called VF to find out what was happening with Red Share. Someone from account management will be in touch to offer me a "significantly" better deal.
Here's hoping.
@networkn what do you mean what is happening with red share?
You mean the existing RED+ Super etc plans that people are on or the $19 red share plans?
I have 2x RED+Super 15GB @ 4 mths remaining and 1x RED+ 15GB open term.
I was going to call them to see how this affects me, but thought I would wait as they may be slightly busy.
@networkn Depending on how many staff you have, we found it cheaper to go for the consumer plans. VF still give you a business account manager.
I think we pay $499 inc GST for 12 people, 6 tablets and 45GB data and two Note 5s. All unlimited calling, but no free local number per phone. I am hoping 45GB will go up to 60GB. For the last few months we have nearly used all 45GB.
(that pricing available to all)
Thanks for this thread, I've been lazy since my 24 month contract ended in July and have been paying $100 a month for what what essentially the $80 open term plan. Now changed to the 10GB for $60 offer :)
The 24 month plans are showing 5GB bonus data for 24 months - limited time offer. Would assume this is just for new sign ups and not applied to existing plans. Anybody know? Asking on behalf..

Yeah, we are paying $57 + GST each for 4 people, but it's unlimited calling, local number (Which we don't use and don't need) and 5GB of data spread between us. I did get a free Note7 when I last renewed for 2 years. I am pretty sure we are about a year into our contracts.
VF have been really good to us over the years, and if we can get better data allowance as 5GB is too small, and hopefully maybe a price reduction we would be pretty happy. Though you are only paying about $150 more than us for 3 x as many users and 9x the data!
Moving to the consumer tier would cost you $289 inc GST for 30GB, 4x people, 4x tabs and 2x S8+. (That is on the old plans, not sure about the new ones).
Business ETCs are pretty high though from memory.
nakedmolerat: I was paying $79 gor 15GB. Now after seeing this thread I called them and they say I can have more Data but will have to move you yo new plan. Now I just saw that new plan actually has less data and bonus data is only for 24 months!!!
nakedmolerat: yes. but essentially i was hoping i could get 30GB.
How?

I'm currently on an open term Red Lite and have been for years. I rung vodafone to ask if I'd automatically get the upgrade to 10GB and the person had no idea that the plans had changed or if I'd get the upgrade.
Then I got put through to the sales team who told me I have to cancel my existing Red Lite open term plan and start a new Red Lite open term plan in order to get the 10GB. They also said they couldn't do that for me and because any plan cancellation has to go via the retention team.
It's like pulling teeth with these companies.
