The below images update every 15mins when a nasty updater script is run but you can click on the images to go to the respective site in Smokeping.

Note the packet loss for most of these sites. When compared to my parents VDSL connection it is looking rather terrible. My smokeping host is public at https://smokeping.murfy.nz. If you'd like to be monitored ensure your connection can be pinged externally and flick me a DM on here and I'll add you.

Yeah, i've been keeping my eyes on it @michaelmurfy
I need to give Vodafone a call to discuss my options I feel, but would a technician accept the graphs from SmokePing as acceptable data to work from?

I have been in touch with VF since the end of last year using Twitter DM in regards to disconnects and for some reason, over the last month, it has seemed to almost calm down.
The annoying thing is though I have to keep chasing them up to get updates, they tell me someone will ring me but don't get that phone call.
The Technicolour modem is gets very hot and I have told them that, they even said it is not meant to but sent out a router replacement not a modem replacement.
Island Bay, FibreX 200, node WKH3

Modem rebooted itself and normal services resumed.
I have had significant outages on 03, 05, 08, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, & 24 March.

Do you try rebooting the cable modem during these outages or just wait for it to come right?
I'm still finding I have to reboot the cable modem at least once a week to get full speed (200/20) back again

I power rebooted my modem at the beginning of all these outages.
The modem reboots very slowly, typically taking 3+ minutes - with no positive result.
Usually the modem will reboot itself about 30 minutes into the outage, and the connection is restored.
The longest outage was overnight.

Another graph not on FibreX but regular cable (I'm told) based in Karori from @tieke:
This embedded image will update every 15mins. Doesn't look much different from the FibreX connections.
