MikeHales: If you want to use your credit card and don't want the fee - just set up a variable credit card agreement and then whatever your bill is, is paid from your credit card, on time and no fee.
MikeHales: Same goes for debit card, set up an automatic payment like a DD, and no fee. Do it through My Vodafone and you don't even need to sign and send anything.
