I'm a Wellington TelstraClear cable internet user and I'm finding I can't access a bunch of web-sites again.  I've had pretty poor performance over the last week or so.

For example, today I can't get to: http://en.wikipedia.com/

Usually, the problem is that the TelstraClear transparent proxy server on
ge-0-2-0-1.xcore1.acld.telstraclear.net (203.98.50.251) is wedged.

Are others having the same problem?

Adrian

My solutions:
- Use a VPN (someone had a go at me for suggesting this, but it works)
- Change ISPs (in progress, Snap UFB)
