Excuse me while I have a small public rant here about Vodafone's billing service. 

I changed broadband plans back in April at the offer of a VF service rep who called me on the phone to upgrade me.
Since then I've been charged $10 more than what we agreed on every month.

So every month I ring the 0800 number and get it fixed, and every time they tell me it's won't happen again and yet it does.

I realise it's not a huge issue but having to call every month about the same problem is getting old and repetitive.

VF reps, can please we get it fixed permanently this time?

Hi Petes117

I've taken the liberty of changing you to the unlimited plan. That's actually $14 a month less than your current plan and has unlimited data so you won't get overage charges. Get more pay less. :)

I'll email you with more info.
