I'm currently on the Smart1 for iPhone plan (The 3GB one) - I've been on this for a long time (since iPhone 3GS maybe)

I'm looking at changing plans since I need more minutes. I was wondering if I'm able to switch to the $39 p/m Open term plan? Last time I signed up for a contract was in August or Sept 2010 (24 months)

Also, would I lose the $10 On Account discount (With Home+UFB+VFTV) by switching?

Thanks.

If you're out of contract (which in your case you are) you can switch to whatever plan tickles your fancy without paying any fees.

The $10 discount will still apply.
