Hi,

I have a Nexus 5. When I am using my data (3G and 4G) it works fine MOST of the time, however sometimes it just stops working, I am still connected to 4G or 3G but I can't do anything. Why could this be happening?

THanks

Edit: This also happened on my old iPhone.

This does not happen on my Sony Z2 or my Samsung S4 obtained from Vodafone NZ, Has the Nexus5 got fast dormancy enabled? I use many GBs per month

There are no issues we are aware of it could come down to software config setup on the handset for another carrier,

3G will be stronger than 4G as 99% of the 4G network is on 1800Mhz and 3G is on 900/2100Mhz
