I signed up to a 24 month cable plan which included a T-Box, this was included due to signing up for 24 months instead of 12  I had to cancel the contract at 18 months due to moving.

From what I can see on the Vodafone website and what I was told on the phone, the ETC should be $199 since it is a single 24 month contract. Not two different congtracts  The t-box being supplied was due to the 24 month internet contract versus a 12 month contract.

Vodafone have just sent me an account for ETC of $399 or 2x $199.50.

Can anyone clarify what is right before I call them up?

I am happy to pay $199, as stated before but not $399.

Thanks.

Yes it is definitely a mistake. Called them and they credited the amount  ($200 credit, down to the $199 I expected).

The usual termination fee is $199, but $399 would be $199.50 * 2.

The only place on the website I found reference to $399 was if the T-Box was not returned, but in this case it was.

Possibly just a mix up there maybe.
