Anyone know how to bypass the vf long waiting times in call centre to find out status of my ufb installation? Been waiting over a week now and no updates.

Malingo:johnr: If it's related to the DM you sent me about closing down an account up to 30 days notice is required, Accounts are closed on Bill cycle dates this is covered in the terms and conditions
Thanks this issue is now resolved. The previous CSR had not logged it properly on the system. The one I spoke to today has now updated it (my account had not been marked to be closed after my first call).
