Sigh... just as I was getting reasonably happy with VF support again the billing department decides to strike again :(

So previously I was on the 80gb 50/2 w/home phone plan paying $89 with an additional $10 on account mobile discount. A week or so ago I switched over to the Unlimited 50/2 w/home phone plan and I was told it would only be $10 a week more (I double checked this too).

However it appears VF billing system seems to think different and is now charging me $105 and the $10 additional discount has disappeared (so paying $26 more instead of $10). Which is odd as that doesn't even match up with any price listed on the VF website so not sure where that one has come from!

Is any VF bod around here happy for to follow this up for me or am I best to try PM'ing through Facebook? (I really want to avoid spending hours waiting on the phone to get my money back :) )

Had a bit of time to go on hold and fix the issue so all good now (well, I'll reserve full judgement until next month's bill :). Apparently there's some kind of $6 discount that hadn't been applied although not sure why there needs to be a $6 discount given its the advertised price anyway?
