Anyone else getting this.

Not so good for FPS, so not really that happy.
Definitely seems VF side as rebooted the router etc.

Executed ping tests from both PC on wired Ethernet + on the router itself.

EDIT:
- VF cable Christchurch.
- Normally get about 47 ms to NSW and 69 ms to SA, 8 ms to Chch.

Hmm so I was wrong.
Issue seems to be related to the Cisco DOCSIS modem (ok I might give Huawei a second thought now).

If anyone else encounters this issue, remember to reboot the modem too - not just the router.

Not sure what the core issue is though, maybe a software bug or something wrong with the DOCSIS output?

Thanks also to Janice & John for their replies & investigation.

I will keep an eye on it to make sure things remain fine.
