Just trying to sort out a VDSL connection for my parents however the order keeps getting rejected by "Chorus" - to be honest I don't think WXC quite know what they're doing here since I can clearly see VDSL is available at their location + the Chorus Maps:

First I got "They're too far from the exchange" followed by "There is no VDSL in their area" - I had to get them to check the Chorus maps which blatantly says they can get VDSL. Short of moving them to a competent ISP not run by Vodafone is there anything the Chorus reps on here can look at? An order number can be provided on request.
