So my phone (which is on Spark) randomly stopped connecting to the network today. Contacted Spark who said it was blacklisted by Vodafone. Contacted them and they said their legal team requested for it to be blocked 2 days ago. I've had this phone for 6 months! I suspect someone has given them the wrong IMEI but Vodafone aren't any help and say the only person who can unblock it is the original person who reported it. So basically I'm left with a useless phone :(
