Hi all,

We have poor Vodafone reception at one end of our property and after some discussion with Vodafone the solution was to get a SureSignal. After a months delay due to no stock we received our SureSignal. It was plugged in and we now get full cell reception where we didn't have before.

Here is the problem. Despite showing full signal strength callers can ring our phones and they ring at the callers end but we don't get rung at all. Once leaving the SureSignal zone (or calling out) we receive a missed call SMS.

I have tried emailing Vodafone and the Vodafone Community without luck. Does anyone have any ideas? The offshore CSR's don't have any idea what I'm talking about.

Cheers, Matt.

Hi everyone,

Vodafone Business got onto this issue and did some investigation. When I unplugged the SureSignal for an extended period of time it forced a firmware update. Things now seem to be running smoothly. Thanks all for your help.

Cheers, Matt
