Can anyone help with a dispute that I have ?

Long story short, what was said in the sales speech to stay on for 12 months is not being delivered, only 2 of the 3 items is going through.

The people we have spoken to have twice said they will get back to us but have not even bothered.

The wife is happy to just go along with it but I am brassed off, I want to move our mobile and broadband to somewhere else.
