Talking to a neighbour with a Vodafone acct yesterday and she mentioned that she used up all her call minutes on an 0800 call to ACC on her mother's behalf. Is that normal? If no call minutes were available to call would have been a free call to the number she called.

My calls to 0800 are so short I've never bothered tracking them.
