Hi there,
I’m not a Vodafone customer but have an overhead coax cable coming into my house. We’re reroofing so want to disconnect it soon, but can’t figure out how to do it properly. Some other threads here indicate it’s a bit difficult with some interesting suggestions.
I keep getting passed between companies. From VF to Chorus, Chorus to VF, VF insisting on my account number and pin :), VF to Downer, then Downer to VF.

Is anyone able to help please?

Cheers,
Nick

Hey Nick (good name),

Please PM me the details and I can sort this out. I'm pretty interested to see who tried to refer this to Chorus.

Nick
