I have a Honor Magic 5 Pro phone which was purchased overseas. When I make a phone call, it falls down to 3g from either 4g or 5g. I tried to contact ONE NZ today and asked if VoLTE could be provisioned on my phone but it did not get very far. Has anyone in this forum successfully enabled voLTE on their phones which are purchased overseas?

If your SIM card in another handset can make VoLTE calls then your number is provisioned for VoLTE then the issue is the handset
