Yes same here.  Using Clear DNS servers.

Once they start playing all ok, but can take up to two minutes before they start :(

Same here. I tried using different DNS servers and YouTube performance dramatically increased. But unless you have the correct TCL DNS servers, Akamai and other content delivery networks don't work.

Same here except I'm on ADSL in Tauranga.

Normally I get a speedtest of 10 Mbps down / 1 Mbps up. In reality downloading (if it's good), I get around 1.5 Mbps.

For the last few days it's been awful. Barely 200 Kbps max. Lots of pages won't load without multiple refreshing.

DNS Settings are correct and I checked all my equipment.

Weird thing is, that everything seems to come right around 10:30pm. After that it's all full speed again.

Very frustrating. I've been hopeful that it was just a fault and TC would sort it out, however I'll be ringing tomorrow if it's still this bad.

Youtube is unworkable...

Depending on what you're watching, a lot of youtube seems to be being fed from Sydney right now.  Seems quite odd but then Google don't tell us how they deliver service, one way, any way or no way. :(
