Hi guys

We have been on xnet for around a year now, lately
we have been getting calls from 010191006 - name unavailable.
Any idea what generates these calls?

If you have the advanced feature set, you can protectively block these numbers when they are calling you.

Its called selective call rejection

Selective Call Rejection
Enables a user to define criteria that causes certain incoming calls to be rejected and provided a treatment.

If you do not have the advanced feature set but you block anonymous calls, will calls with invalid IDs like 0000 be blocked?

No they wont, 0000 is the standard ANI to represent an International Call when true CLI is passed, the problem unfortunately nowadays is that with VoIP it is very easy to pass any ANI and a lot of cheap and nasty carriers will not be checking and enforcing correct ANI
