We are receiving multiple phone calls from an invalid number. I have done some researching and found it is an insurance scam from India. The caller ID number is 1023456789 and I've been phoned twice yesterday and twice today. There is silence on the other end, and then after 10 seconds you hear a beep and a recoded voice saying goodbye. I suspect it is a dialling robot which checks for an available "assistant" but they are all busy with calls. I realise I can purchase the advanced pack to block this number, but if it is an invalid number and a known scam then shouldn't XNet block the call?

I'm asking it in the forum instead of the help desk, because I'd expect the help desk just to say to buy the advanced pack. Here we can discuss it and perhaps some of the XNet staff would comment as well.
