So I got Warpspeed, mainly as I needed more usage - 100GB usage not the speed but the speed is nice to have. I'm not expecting much as from reading the only benefits will be seen when playing games for the ping or multiple downloads.

Is there any other use or benefit? Why are they keen to roll out 100MB d/l everywhere if people not need it?

Do I have any real use for it? Or only if I have my 2 PCs, PS3 and mobile all downloading at once?

Probably in the 'nice to have' but not 'must have' category.
The data cap is prohibitively low. It's quite bizarre.

I like the speed component. Certainly not going to use 100GB/month. That is why I await fibre optic plans. Even then, the speed you get (for downloads/uploads) depends on numerous factors, including where you are downloading from (and their speed, available bandwidth) etc.

It depends on why you need the speed and how you use it. You may not have a use for it but others do.

People who work from home in general have a much better experience. I know I do.

Most of the time it's pretty fast but that has downsides also. It means you hit your cap must faster! I don't do much P2P, but the family does a lot of Youtube and I watch streaming videos every now and then I bump up against 150GB pretty often. At the moment I am on 134GB with 4 days to go.

I wish with the increase in speed TCL could at least up the cap to say 200GB,

I want 100Mbps upload. I'm a professional photographer, I'm starting to use an editing service in the USA. If the internet was faster I'd be uploading 40GB a week, but as it's so slow (even 10Mbps is slow for me) I'll have to do the culling myself to reduce it to 10GB. I did rough calculations, the 10GB or so I upload would take most of a day at 2Mbps, or a few hours at 10Mbps, at 100Mbps it'd take 20-30 minutes.

Because of the latency to NZ you have to upload in multiple threads, which is fine. I ruled out one editing service because they made you upload with their applet, which did things one at a time inside a browser, just crazy. FTP with 5+ threads is far more sensible.
