one of my co-workers is trying to use their VF Prepay SIM in the UK and it won't roam.

It's topped up with at least a NZD40 balance.
We have checked the account on the VF website and roaming is enabled
We have spoken to a VF CSR and confirmed above.

Any other suggestions?

Are they also using the NZ handset, or are they putting the NZ SIM in another phone?

When they action a manual network selection to Vodafone UK what does the handset display?

Can you PM me the mobile number if they get a error message

You really need to find out a lot more information such as exactly what sort of error they're experiencing or seeing.
