Hi all,

I'm currently having problems with my TCL Cable modem / Internet connection.  The standby button on the top of the modem stopped working yesterday, so I think that is the reason I cannot connect to the internet.  The fourth green status light (online) isn't on either

I have tried disconnecting the power supply and waiting the prescribed 30 seconds before I connect the power back up.  The connection status lights light up as usual (all green), but still no internet and no standby button working.  After a minute or so the online status light stops flashing.

I know that TCL are having issues with Paradise at the moment so am not sure if that is the problem or its a bung modem.  Please help.

Cheers

Almost certainly a problem with the modem. Call the help desk and report. They can do a live test to see if the modem is connecting to the network.

ok, cheers.

Will try and give them a call tonight once i'm home.  Hopefully i'm not on hold for 30mins like the other night.  Speaking of which, does anyone have a direct dial number for tech support?
