Hi

We are having problems when people are calling in. They can hear us, but we can not hear them. Also the call notify is listing the calls
more than once. For example one call was logged 20 times, usually 2 have the same time.
I have turned things off as I am not at home. The wife said the phone rang at 7.30am. couldn't hear anyone on the other end.
but then that same number is listed another 20 times. and similar with other numbers.

I have rang the helpdesk.

The helpdesk passed this on and we have taken a look at found the issue with the inbound calls, your config had a error in it that effected inbound calls only, bascially 2 different codec were being negotiated , thats why there was one way audio, we have fixed the issue and you should now be okay

Hi Warrick,

it appears the issue is still there we will need to check what is happening, sorry we thought we had fixed it, just to confirm your outbound is okay, it's just the inbound ? also if you can restart your router as well as your spa2102 just to reset all the settings after the change.

Just doing some checking it appears we probably have fixed it and the correct codecs are selected
but your router may not be passing the packets back to your 2102, as the device reports not seeing any received but 1372 were passed ,
you sent 1386 and we saw them, if you can restart your router and device and see if that makes a difference please

Hi Warrick,

Good to hear, sorry this did appear to be our issue with the config file which caused the problem so I aplogise for that. still trying to work out why this occured on your config only, we will find the cause and hopefully ensure it dosn't occur again.
