Does anyone have links to Vodafone customer complaints site location. Over dealing with vodafone and there not so helpful service!
FYI: rangup asking to cancel my mobile plan, told that someone needs to call me back in two days, its saturday and still nothing. Went to use there site to look at my boardband plan and once again i get locked out and need to call vodafone to get my account unlocked! Telstra was ok, vodafone is just straight bad imho!

Balm its gone!

DM Dylan from Vodafone here on Geekzone and he should be able to help you further,

If you search ' complaints ' on the main Vodafone NZ site you will find detailed INFO and a notice period of up to 30 days is required to close an account as well so even if it takes 2 days or 5 days to contact you still nothing to worry about and the time starts from when you called

Why would they need to call you back to cancel your plan? Seems odd

Someone from their retention team will probably offer $ if customer doesn't leave?
