Well, today I decided to use the Vodafone website to change my TXT
plan.
After the slow process of logging in, I tried to change the TXT plan.
It seems that you have to remove your current plan first. After
removing it I tried to add the new one - it would not let me, so I
rang 777, and after siting on hold, explained this to a Vodafone
employee.
Whilst half way through the process of adding the new plan, I heard
"Thank you for calling Vodafone. Good bye", and was hung up on, so I
rang back. And got cut off. Again.
I rang back, yet again - (by this time I was in a rather bad mood),
and explained that I was cut off, twice. They then proceeded to tell
me that the call was cut off at my end - to which I said "No, you hung
up on me - it said 'good bye'". (That is to say, I went nuts). They
_then_ admitted it was their problem. Finally they changed my TXT
plan (I hope).
