Hi,

Anybody have issue? I can't call to anywhere, its saying "The number you have dialed is not in service". I'm trying many differents phone numbers and getting this answer.

All 3 of my VFX lines are working, tried 0800 and local numbers.

I suggest you call the WxC Help Desk 0800 14 9638 (using your mobile I guess Tongue out).

Hi 01EG,

If you could give me a few details either here or in a PM I'm happy to have a look at this for you. VFX number would be a good start and the area you are in. Any other info like device type and MAC addy would be good too but I can find that myself :)

Your tech guys already fixed the problem. I'm not sure what was it, but sure you can check my log file and find the issue.

We had an issue with the Local handoff Interconnects in Wellington to Telecom, Issue wiould have effected Wellington Calls only
