Can anyone tell me if it is possible to configure a SPA-941 to access a VFX line as well as an Asterisk extention? Ie VFX on line 1 and an Asterisk X on Line 2?

I'm sure that would be possible, as with ATA's with two lines. I'd assume it is just a case of requesting WXC to leave line2 unlocked for you.
Would be good to hear some feedback on voice quality etc with the SPA-941. A true IP phone should eliminate some of those static / scratchy issues that a phone - ATA - IP can cause.

Speaking with Hadley at nicegear today by email and the 941 has now gone EOL and there is no more stock. Will probably get a 942 instead (+ power adapter as the 942 is PoE standard) when it comes back in stock next week.

Hadley also confirmed lines can be configured to use different providers, providing VFX can leave the 2nd line open.
