Orcon has just announced its plans for an October launch of a GSM service. I hope they get a better deal than Telstralear.

Project Sam has already slipped the MVNO projects once this year.

I thought this was old news now? Wasn't this announced a few months ago?

Any word on Compass or M2 who were both promising 2007 launches?

'a true Kiwi-owned alternative' that doesn't own infrastructure and is ultimately ruled by the Vodafone master... 'Orcon is looking to enter the market aggressively' well as aggressively as Vodafone will allow.

Go Orcon you great kiwi thing!

I thought 029 was NZ's second GSM service?
