Hi Sonya

I'm very sorry to hear this, clearly it's very unprofessional. I believe I have found your account and the staff involved and will follow this up immediately.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Dylan

Yes Dylan EXTREMELY unprofessional - I am glad they had their little bit of fun, but I am sure they're not laughing anymore. To top it off I have been waiting for nearly and hour and a half for a call from a Manager as request and still no one has called.
Hence my post.

Lol. Dylan will soon be able to tell you himself as they review the tape. They clearly thought they got one over me and we're proud of it. The supervisor retold the car his account of our conversation amongst other things "when I said no it's not acceptable she had nothing else to say ha ha ha" hilarious clearly!

I don't think Dylan will tell us about it. He's a Vodafone employee.

It actually has nothing to do with anyone other than a Vodafone representative and the OP.

I think you're right! Sadly he'll hear me screaming down the phone "I can hear you" and then the phone hanging up. I resorted to posting after waiting 1.5 hours for a manager to call me. I do appreciate his swift action it's a pity it took this to get a response.

Most Organisations have this type of behavior and seldom do they get caught out.

Sadly its the sign of faceless organisations and bored/underpaid employees.

Well done.

I think the "point" was achieved. Anything else is speculation. I doubt Vodafone will say anything in public as this would be a breach of the Privacy Act. So, folks, settle down...
