Hi guys - wonder if one of the Vodafone guys can help me out. As I've previously been bleating on about, I upgraded my plan to one of the new UFB 50Mbps plans and at the time there was no stock of the new DOCSIS 3 modems and so I went into a queue and have been expecting a phone call since I found that the stock had arrived.

On recent advice from Nik, I have just got around to calling Downer who advise me that according to their system, no work order has been put in to have me upgraded :o

So wondering if someone "in the know" can look to see what the story is :)

My colleague has confirmed that an order has been successfully created for you and should run within the next couple of days. I will check back with you next week to see how it went.

Thanks - I'm actually not going to be in a position to have a technician round for the next two or three weeks but I'm assuming Downer will call to schedule a time and we can negotiate the exact date then.

Ok so just following up on an old thread to see if any Vodafone guys that are around can assist.

Got back from my three week holiday and kind of expected a voice message from Downer to ask to call them to arrange a time. Whilst I was away only got "one" phone call (could be more than one as was per caller id history and was "Private") but no message.

Can someone on the Vodafone side get the Downer guys to ring and arrange a time? Would be good to get the install done before we hit February :)
