Sorry to have to say that some Customers may have been billed again the $17.50 charge for porting numbers, this was picked up yesterday and fixed however some Customers may have been billed again, you will be credited the charge and this should not occur again. our apolagies for the inconvenience this causes

Thanks for yet another example of how fantastic you guys are - if you make a mistake you fix it, tell people, and apologise. I don't know of many other telcos which would do this - great work :)

I haven't received my next bill yet so don't know if I've been charged again or not, but regardless its nice to know that you guys are keeping on top of things as they arise.
