Hope all is well. You'll recall that I cancelled my Warp plan a while back.
Well the expected has happened, the person collecting the modem has not done the paper work and I've now got a bill for a modem that has been collected.
This of course would not be a problem in it self, but I've long since lost the receipt from the tech who picked up the modem.
Not feeling very inclined to pay for a modem I gave back.
Can you sort this? Do you have a stat dec I just need to sign?

I'm guessing Gary you're not with Vodafone anymore?
Oh well :)
Would some kind vodafone person mind helping sort this out?
