First make sure you have all the configuration settings correctly entered, as per previous posts in this forum (there are a couple of pinned posts with instructions).

After this, if (and only if) it received the MMS notification but tells you to go to their website, you can call Vodafone and check that their system is aware of your mobile being a PXT capable model.

Once you've got the settings, send a test MMS (PXT) to yourself to activate. This negates (usually) ringing VF and getting them to "turn it on"

Check with VF CS that your MSISDN is on the MMSC (PXT admin)

1. Check the configuration and adjust if needed
2. Send yourself a MMS to test
3. If it doesn't work, check the configuration again
4. If it still doesn't work, call Vodafone on 777 and ask if your phone number is on the MMSC for PXT.

Check your phone's manual to see what menu options are available. The configuration is on the top posts in our Vodafone forum.
