I use my V6 Maxx to get online and look at stuff when I'm out and about. Until Saturday that is.

I can see Vodafone Live pages, however I am unable to get anything outside of the Vodafone network.

The message I get when I try to get to the NZHerald for example is

"Your request for a service could not be fulfilled. Please contact your operator if the problem persists."

Help?

If you have not changed any configuration on your phone then you should contact Vodafone directly to start with.

i called up Vodafone 4 times and the customer support all told me the same thing.... "go on the net and get the settings for my phone"

All i want is to browse the WEB on my phone. I can browse the WAP but not the WEB. it keeps saying "SUBSCRIBE TO PACKET DATA FIRST"

Anyone had this problem before and got it solved?

Im trying to use the www.vodafone.net.nz  APN

Providing your phone's configuration is correct - and you can guarantee it was working before and you have not changed it, then call Vodafone and ask to check that your MSISDN is allowed to access the * APN. If they don't know what's this, ask them to contact someone else who does.

There are some Vodafone people here, but they do not answer for the company.
