G'day XNet,

I am currently with xtra but am planning on switching to XNet. I'm not clear on the procedure, if you can explain what would be envolved in making the change please. Thanks

Alex

G-day Madman,

You can do the sign-up process on-line here:

http://www.xnet.co.nz/hsi/

Alternatively, if you'd rather have somebody talk you through it, go to this page:

https://signup.xport.co.nz/signup.cgi?func=cookie

and Click the Call Me button.

Hi Alex,

The process itself is quite simple,  just signup for service, we apply for the connection to be moved from your current ISP to us.  If you provide all the right details this process can happen very quickly (general lead time is around 2-3 working days, warning it can happen quicker).

The only thing you'll need to do is change your username & password once the service is transferred (and perhaps your email if you need be).

Thanks
Cameron
