I have never managed to use the online store properly simply because it either stops loading or crashes on me using IE7 or Firefox.

For example, I wanted to see what accessories they had for mobile phones.  After selecting the brand, I clicked on search and it wouldn't load.

Anyone else have the same experience?

You could try browsing to your mobile (or a similar model) first then selecting the accessories tab along the top, eg. Nokia N95 Accessories

If i go to the store, and select accessories it will bring up a page with 3 drop down boxes first being brand.

When you select your brand it will change/refresh the 2nd drop down box, is this where it's freezing? or does it stop after the boxes has been populated

Using Firefox 2.0.0.6

Yes, I get to the page with three drop down boxes.  When I choose Nokia, it tries to load the next box but never does.  IE7 and the latest Firefox 2.0.0.6 both do not work for me.  Odd.

I went directly to the link mentioned above your post and it works - the Nokia accessories page.
