Well my mother is having major problems with her landline frequently not working. She is a cable customer. She has tried plugging in another telephone.
She has been on hold on her cell phone twice for a 2 hours over two nights. She has used the call back option but has not been called back. She's even emailed twice with no reply. Vodafone are proving to be an impenetrable fortress.

Therefore I am hoping to circumvent this palaver and grovel for a Vodafone rep to swoop in progress this. Can I please PM one of you her account number?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear your mother hasn't been able to get through. If you could please send me a PM with her account number and best contact number (presumably not the landline), I can have the team look into it and log a fault for her.

Cheers,

 - Nik

Pretty sure the Cable voice network is just standard copper pairs. I am guessing this is just an 'old school' fault to use your terminology.

Yup, it is a good old copper pair.
