I've been a vodafone customer twice in my illustrious mobile owning career and both times haven't been all that long. Last time was on an iphone 3GS which I swear used to have a voicemail notification icon, not a text message. So my work gives me an iphone 5S on vodafone, cool lets change the voicemail notification. Wrong! Just got off the phone with vodafone business and was told vodafone didn't support the red dot icon for voicemail notification on the iphone. Is this right?

PM through your mobile number + account PIN and I'll take a look tomorrow. ICON notifications are definitely a thing. Not once have I even had the enquiry while working in the callcentre though so I can understand why it's not common knowledge.

Awesome. I rang the call centre a few weeks back and was told there was no such thing. Now I have some evidence to back up my claims. Presumably it makes no difference whether you're on a personal or corporate plan?

John could you look into mines as well please.  Will DM you my details.

I have never had this on my side but would be quite handy to see.  I am on a corporate account with VF.

Cheers
