We are presently experiencing an Issue with Voice and Dial UP Customers in the New Plymouth Area

This will be effecting Toll Calls and calls to 0800 and also VFX Numbers from originating from this region, outbound calling to New Plymouth should be unaffected.

Toll Call users can dial the 0546 / 0547 access codes which will bypass the New Plymouth site in the meantime

The issue relates to the provider of our Network Connectivity having an equipment failure at their New Plymouth Site.
We do not have an ETR as yet and apologise for this disruption.
