Hi,

Ive recently bought  a telecom mobile which was on a plan but was disconnected off trade me.  Is it possible for me to get this disconnected mobile changed to vodafone prepay??

No, different systems the phones run on. never can be done (unless it's a Samsung w531 which also "works" on GSM)

Telecom phones are on CDMA netwrok

Vodafone phones are on GSM (+WCDMA)
.
The two are not compatible to change networks at all
