Well, the last Xnet thread was closed, so I need to start a new one. How do we know if we've been switched to the new equipment? My international speeds are as bad as ever, even having been assured of a remedy by the end of this week. For the record, here are my router stats:

Stream Type Actual Data Rate
Up Stream 160 (Kbps.)
Down Stream 8160 (Kbps.)
Operation Data
Operation Data Upstream Downstream
Noise Margin 24 dB 13 dB
Attenuation 27 dB 25 dB

So no problem there.

Trace complete.

I believe about 1-2 weeks to complete the migration of Xnet customers to their new equipment. As with any major changeover, they are not going to flick the big switch on everyone at once, as there are bound to be the odd teething problem etc. So hang tight. Here is my tracert:

I have been migrated, and apart from a few strange disconnects (teething problems i guess), my speeds have significantly improved.

Spot the difference on the second line, i.e. no dsl01 or dsl02 (etc) server.

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their xDSL broadband network faster. If your still stuck on ADSL or VDSL, why not spend from $150 on a master filter install to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?
