When are companies going to learn not to lightly use terms such a "unlimited" and similar?

From the NZ Herald:

Telstra, Australia's largest telephone company, misled consumers when it claimed its Next G mobile network provided "coverage wherever you need it," the Federal Court ruled yesterday.

The nation's antitrust regulator will seek injunctions preventing such claims and corrective advertisements, it said.

It can only b explained by companies hiring people with stupid ideas... The Dilbertisation of moderm industry is almost complete.
