Am I the only one getting brassed off at the continued outages with TC?

I woke up at 5:30 this morning (Wgton) and thought I'd do some work online.  Nope .... cable was out until about 10 am.  I got a message from their support lines about some type of authentication problem.

I don't now how they can continue to advertise their service as being the fastest around ....
