Hi

Wondering if anyone noticed delays or non delivery or text messages from European carriers into Vodafone.
Having trouble receiving texts form any carriers in Poland at the moment.

How is it when you send SMS to these international numbers? Inbound we have no control over the A party network so the A party customer needs to contact their service provider and speak to them

The issue affects all network providers, which seems a bit odd if it's their issue.
They get delivered into Spark
Outbound texts don't get delivered either.

It's not odd the carriers were advised of a change many months ago and they have not implemented as requested

This is why A party network needs to be chased

I've had issues with this both inbound & outbound. Sending between Vodafone NL & Vodafone NZ. Usually it doesn't arrive
We stopped attempting to text and simply use WhatsApp or Messenger now

That won't exactly work if you're trying to receive message from a bank confirming your transfers.
This used to work perfectly and now it doesn't
If it was only messages from people I agree the answer is super simple.
But we can't ask a bank to send the codes via WhatsApp

The frustrating bit is always "not out fault" with absolutely no will to look at the thing whatsoever.
