Just got my latest WxC invoice - there are calls that are apparently made FROM two lines I don't have through WxC (one of those being my mobile # - if I knew WxC had a mobile network I'd have changed long ago! Tongue out), and the other being a number I've never seen before. There's only $0.27 in call charges that shouldn't be there so I can't really be bothered sorting it out -- but has anyone else seen anything unusual with their bills this month?

I recall Phil mentioning something about the billing system -- can you reclarify what's happening there Phil? Is it being completely upgraded or what?

Hi Will,

Sorry firstly, it appears that for the re-directed call record we printed the A and B Party Numbers not the B and C Parties, so you would have seen a call from your Cellphone to your VFX Number which was then subsequently forwarded to your Cellphone (hence the charge)..

Feel free to call in to get the full call records, it is simply a misprint but does represent valid calls/charges.

Thanks

Josh

We are doing a lot of work in the backend which you won't see so there are always things being done to the new billing system to improve it in this case Call Diverted numbers had been added to the billing but the wrong presentation of  A B and C numbers was implemented, this has now been fixed, apolagies for the confusion.

I just have broadband and calling with Xnet but it would be good to state the calling plan on the bill. You have different rates on different plans shown on your website but it is not clear what plan you have been signed up to when looking at you bill (or at least it wasn't last time i checked).

ahhh :) good to know it's already fixed :). So... any plans for an "MVNO" then? Tongue out Seeing a mobile number on my WxC bill as a "line number" made me go all tingly and schtuff Tongue out

I like the details given on the account especially the list of local numbers called. One useful line to add would be a Total for the number of minutes and maybe seconds used for both local calls and toll calls. While not essential it would provide an indication of time spent on local calls from month to month. Currently to find this out I have to add several pages of individual call times.

Agreed -- I find the list of Local Calls quite useful too.

And I also agree with your suggestion about the totals for Local and National Toll Calls.  While we're on the subject, how about a total for Mobile Calls as well.  That would be very handy for sure Smile

Yeah, I get the hint Phil -- it's coming as part of the all-new super-duper billing system upgrade.  Great to hear Laughing

I've been getting billed for my broadband and vfx line all fine, but haven't been billed for any vfx calls since I signed up (mid November).

I sorted it out today though.
